Why meditation and yoga?

I want to share meditation because it has changed my life.  I am grateful for how I approach joyful times and challenging moments. The benefits of my meditation and mindfulness practices manifest daily.  I am passionate about meditation, and I truly want to change people’s lives. Spread peace! Kindness! Love!​

​Yoga is more than poses; gentle yoga is about breath-based body movement, finding the form of the pose that suits your body - as it is right now - while honoring the function of the pose, and exploring yoga through your body, breath, mind and wisdom.
