I teach a variety of meditation methods including mindfulness meditation (breath awareness/body scan/open awareness), heart-centered, loving-kindness, and mantra meditations. My classes include mindfulness tools for incorporating mindfulness into your daily life. My yoga teacher training is from the School of Gentle Yoga; this is a breath-based practice, allowing practitioners the freedom to find the function of the pose in their form. Gentle is a state of mind in the practice. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years and am dedicated to my daily practices. |
